  • That's it. The bottom portion of the lift is easy. You have to drive your knees into the bottom of the pad and really squeeze your hams to finish the lift. It takes some mind muscle conection to do these right.
    It's been lacking. I've been struggling to keep a regular schedule. That's why i hope my log will keep me honest. I've got the next 5 weeks planned out and public now.

    nah i was gonna but i need to save some money. My brother owns a website that sells apricot seeds(help kill cancer cells) and i just sell his stuff on ebay. He sells to me at wholesale and i sell at retail so we both make money.
    Well i live with my dad, so house/food/computer is all him. I also have a job fool im pretty busy all week with school and work. I get 17/hr but only work around 10hrs a week for now. And get the gym for free! I buy phones roids and clothes/cologne with my own money and the ebay store i have.

    I only competed once this year as I lost about six months of training due to the auto accident I was in. Didn't do particularly well but I'm still not 100% yet.
    lol@ at load of fat. i don't use straps or gloves unless it gets so heavy for me that it hurts the skin, they tend to annoy rather than help most of the time. i've been doing wrist curls mostly to strengthen that area. i want them to be able to support the increasing workload(i have realllllly tiny wrists too:()


    and me too, about the veins! i think they look super cool. very sexy on guys. unfortunately my bodyfat is far from low enough to have ANY veins pop.....except after a workout. other than that my skin stays very smooth. oh well.
    well your lucky you have them! i wouldn't mind bigger forearms or hands for the matter! i still have trouble with my grip in the gym. I've yet to find gloves that really help with that.:(

    475 not 495 haha but idk man i just switched my form and instead of "squatting" it up my shouldrs are over the bar and my back is still straight. My hips may be abit high but I feel the most comfortable this way, if anything I guess you could say I RDL 475. Ill vid it next week!

    Hey, I might be visitng my friend in Miltonkings. Where are you from there? Can't be that far.
    Been training seriously for the past 3 years now but I started roughly 5 years ago. I've always worked out with more of a powerlifter lifter mentality using BB type routines. Recently I've made the leap into the BB world and concentrated on reps rather than weight. I can't shake that urge to lift heavy ass weight though... I really have to stop watching my Ronnie Colman DVD's haha. How about you? What are you going for, BB or PL?
    450 lbs on flat bench and yeah, it's in reference to the Levrone vid. He's working out with 500 lbs on flat though like it aint a thing lol.
    Thanks for the K bro. I don't think I'll be hitting it that hard again though. The most I got was 450 lbs for one very hard assed rep LOL. At the time I was watch Kevin Levrone's workout DVD and really wanted to do that rediculously heavy chest workout of his. Couldn't get to 5 plates like he used to but I got close haha.

    i think im locking out my knees too early, but imo my form is a lot better and i had more power
    When trying to lose so much weight you plateau with everything, haha.
    Im constantly switching up my diet, cardio and training to keep things progressing.
    I switch it up once I hit a plateau. So basically every few months i'll switch between HIIT cardio and Fasted cardio.
    Yea, worked pretty well. I dropped the aspirin from the stack as it made my stomach hurt.
    Side effects were major crashes more quickly once I got more use to it. Heart rate elevated a lot so was hard to workout at times.
    I wouldn't really recommend it. In the beginning i needed the boost to see results quicker so that I would stay motivated.

    I did ECA a bit in the beginning. I consider that somewhat natural still.
    I stopped the ECA as I felt it was being really harsh on my system.

    Up until a little over a month ago.
    Then I started anavar/trentfo, stopped the anavar after 1 month (it was ug, didnt do much)
    TrenTFO has been awesome for strength/vascularity
    Going to try some high grade anavar soon probably.
    about 120 lbs.
    started at 380 lbs with over 45% bf.
    Currently sitting around 260 - 262 with 22 - 24% bf. :)
    Yea? Wasn't sure if it matters doing it each way. I do pause when I have it at the bottom, I'll see how it differs doing it the other way though.
    Yea, Fish oil and multi's are all you really need, can just slowly add more things as you feel you need them. :)
    I bring the bar down so it's just about to touch the ground but not actually touch. I like this better as I'm able to hold my form better and I like the constant stress.
    It's hard to say how much the CLA / GTE is actually helping but I take it constantly now. I'm still burning fat so I like to think its helping. :) Even if it's not helping with fat loss the GTE has loads of health benefits.

    Cuttings going good man, I'll get another bf done in about a month but Im definitly seeing more definition in the mirror.
    Strength has been sky rocketing too.. when I deadlifted last I did 315 for 6 reps on my last set (Without deloading by touching the ground and without straps)
    Big improvement especially considering im on a low carb calorie defecit diet.
