I've been using @IronHQ 240 GH for a while now at 2.4iu per night, although according to the COA its over 2.8iu that I'm using and this is my recent IGF level.
Aware that serum level doesn't equate to effectiveness but looking full and having to get a hair cut every 2 weeks mean it's working.
At this dose I'm getting 100 days per kit, so at the current price that $3.70 at day, can't even get a coffee for that.

Little TD from @IronHQ a couple of days ago. I ordered purely to try the Dayvigo as I’ve always been a poor sleeper waking up at night. Thought I’d top up the NPP and bought Caber to have on hand just in case.
My thoughts on the Dayvigo. It’s a bit too early to tell. I’ve taken 5mg the past 2 nights. The first night I had 7.5 hours of sleep. I normally sleep between 5-6 hours per night. I still woke up at night, although I can certainly say I fell straight back to sleep which is not normal. I had longer sleep cycles of deep and REM sleep. I woke up a little groggy.
Last night I still woke up through the night. Again I fell back asleep pretty quickly. Slept for 6.5 hours, again a win. Deep and REM sleep seemed to be back at normal levels. I woke up feeling pretty refreshed though. I will try 10mg tonight to see what difference that makes. Seems promising so far.

I got from from alibaba, n ali express, as all r coming from china..
cost was about 75 cents each for sterile amber colored ones n .50 cents for clear ones, i just made sure they had plenty of good reviews claiming the vials were sterile which reached them, i will post pics within 2 days of all peptide pens
