25 hours post pin puts you a lot closer to the peak than the trough, so those numbers will read higher than where your actual week average sits brother.

Instead of mixing multiple different injectables and orals, why not just use only test at a comparable dose?

Going exclusively bioidentical after ten years of doing it the normal way is a proper pivot rather than a tweak, and the interesting part will be whether the way you feel tracks the bloods or diverges from them brother.
