Hi everyone !!

I’m jigglybuff IFBBPRO! Currently logging on another forum , however since I discovered forums and being the natural educator and bodybuilding enthusiasts I love sharing as much info as possible 😬 when I started training I was guided by really good mentors who started things out with me right and also had good resources so this is my way of giving back as I can only imaging the amount of information out there and yet no one can get answers from the people they look up to potentially . I’m hoping that my experience as an enhanced competitor at this elite level would be able to give both the lads and ladies some insight and valuable information . There are very few females on forums so it’s always nice when I see some , helps to educate the ladies who are shy to speak up here and provide them a safe space to ask questions too. I’m also hoping this can give the guys a chance to learn so that they can help their girlfriends or manage things in the safest ways possible!

Some BG info about me — the day I started bodybuilding mid 2021, I had hoping to compete in the figure division in 2022 and ran my first cycle then. I then turned pro in 2023 and ran my pro debut landing first call outs in 2024 September. I took a year off with the intent to be more competitive in the figure class but ended up putting on a total of 25lbs of stage weight from then till this year’s season so looking at my potential and genetics to grow on drugs easily , tolerate them well and possess with good structure , coach and I decided to move to women’s physique to maximise my potential!

My 2926 rookie season concluded just last weekend. Some recap of this year’s women’s physique 2026 pro debut season:
7th out of 26 for Tampa pro Open women’s physique (top 6 are all Olympians)❤️
6th out of 17 for Atlanta pro opens women’s onsite (again the top 5 all Olympians)❤️

Seeing myself in my 20s, already placing behind top 10 caliber Olympians ahead of most pros and regular Olympians has brought the vision that I too can be one even closer.
The goal this coming season would be to improve my push muscles . The density in my posterior chain and detail is evenly matched top to bottom so now we have to make sure the top half in the anterior does match my quads. The goal is really to qualify since I’m this close to knocking on doors and proving I can stand with the best . We have shows for next season already picked out and as of now 41 weeks to go to the first show of 2027 !! Hopefully I can put out even more content and be better with the info going forward here across platforms☺️🤘

The last transformation picture is the comparison between my figure self in 2024 to mid prep 2026 , adding a good 12kg of stage weight and moving up the class!

1 week post show

Post 2026 Rookie Season , Phase 1 Health Phase Update ✅

- 1 week post show 10lbs up from stage weight. Focus: Restore and regenerate. Was 146lbs onstage, about 155lbs this morning

- Sleep scale better than ever , I slept like a baby in prep now i feel like I sleep like a dead log 🪵🤣

- new training split is in , pumps and contractions are explosive with strength holding from before since I didn’t quite lose it through prep. However I am keeping training at 3 RIR for these first 3 weeks. 3 days on 1 day off. The novelty of a new training programme is exciting especially when lost show vibes and motivation is an all time high but I’m trying to play the long game here and not ending up feeling like I need to take a systemic deload even when food is high by the time it’s week 5/6 🤣
Push A + arms
Legs A
Pull A + arms
Rest
Push B + arms
Back + quads or Hams (rotating every alternate week)
Delts + arms
Rest repeat

- cardio 20 minutes only on rest days, 8500 steps

- reverse food starting at 3715kcal, 250P, 35F, 600C. Will run over my food sources and supplements in a separate post . Starting food might seem high to some but when you’ve been having 1000carb high days few times a week going into the show this is a good baseline . I do believe the leaner you get for a show and then with more preps done one should be able to handle more food as the metabolism is built no matter your genetics . I’m someone who has a big leap in starting food as I naturally can handle a lot. My priority recovery asap too to set myself up for the growth phase . We have 40+ weeks till the next show (at least with what’s predicted timeline wise) ! Lots of fruit , lots of vegetables really helped with the satiety index and keeping food focus at bay.

- all AAS cleared and plan to be the case for awhile . These are tools not crutches at the end of the day. There is something about the quality of tissue that’s maintained when built organically versus when someone has drugged it out . That said I am keeping some recovery peptides in : 3mg GHK daily , 1mg Reta weekly , 40mg methylene blue daily split AM and PM, 1mg tesamorelin daily , 5mg of Test Cyp a week for sports HRT 🤝

- mentally very happy . Ngl I’m riding an all time high just getting the chance to spend time with my best friends who are mostly in the USA. I don’t get to see them often so Im living in as much girl time with them

200g 93/7 lean ground beef cooked
75g mixed vegetables

Varied but simple pimple ❤️

It’s natural to want to satisfy any sort of craving and eat the whole world when you’ve been hungry for awhile in the prep — so some things I’ve prioritised keeping in were foods that helped me restore the micronutrients that may have been on the lower end in prep due to the limited food volume / variety / quantity . By doing so it helps the body “crave” less as a sign that you are deficient in these and yet still fulfill the necessary objective of post show restoration.

I love my fruits and vegetables because they are refreshing so it does help fill in that sweet tooth if any. And the fiber also keeps me fuller longer (yes I know it’s a decent amount of food but your girl is always hungry)😂

Carbs being higher now allows me a lot more variety too but still choosing to work with ones that never go wrong gut health wise for me . Again enjoying my food with the bigger intention in mind to recover and fuel my workouts now !
