Approved Log My TRT cycle Log

Another week completed, and overall I’m really happy with how things are progressing.

This week has been another week of staying consistent with the basics. Steps have remained high, hydration has been a big focus, meals have been completed, and I’ve continued getting my PT sessions done.

One thing I’ve really focused on this week is my water intake. After having that day where I only managed around 3L and ended up badly constipated and bloated, I’ve made a much bigger effort to stay on top of my hydration throughout the day rather than trying to catch up at night. I’m now consistently pushing around 5–6L per day.

Nutrition is currently sitting at:

2,300 calories
Protein: 201g
Carbohydrates: 271g
Fat: 34g

Meals have been going well and I’m managing to get everything down much more consistently. Appetite and food intake have definitely been something I’ve had to work on throughout this challenge, so being able to consistently hit my nutrition is a big positive for me.

Training has continued with my PT sessions, including legs this week. I also tried using the belt squat for Romanian deadlifts at 100kg. I actually found it felt a lot easier compared to using a barbell, so that’s something I’ll probably continue experimenting with.

I’ve also continued prioritising my recovery where I need to. I’ve had a few setbacks throughout this challenge, including being sick, dealing with my back injury and everything that’s been happening personally, but I’m still here and still pushing forward.

My blood work has also come back and, based on the results, I’ve decided to move onto a new stack. I’ll still be keeping an eye on my blood work and discussing the results with the appropriate professionals rather than assuming that “good” bloods automatically mean everything is risk-free.

Sponsored by @PharmabolicsOz
New stack:

Test E – 250mg weekly
Primo – 100mg weekly
Mast E – 100mg weekly

Continued peptides:

Mot C – 1mg daily, mornings
HGH – 4IU daily, before bed
GHK-Cu – 1mg mornings
SLU – 80mcg daily – 1 in the morning and 2 before gym
Cialis – 5mg pre-gym
Reta – 1.5mg weekly

I’ve moved the Reta back to 1.5mg weekly. With the constipation issues I’ve recently had, I’m keeping an eye on whether the Reta may be contributing, especially alongside days where my water intake hasn’t been high enough. If the constipation happens again, I’ll be discussing it with my coach/health professional rather than simply increasing or changing doses myself.

Supplements:

Chromium Picolinate
Astragalus Extract
K2 + D3
CoQ10
Zinc Picolinate
Magnesium Glycinate
Citrus Bergamot
Plant Sterols
Milk Thistle
Beetroot Extract

Overall, I’m happy with where things are heading.

There have definitely been some rough patches throughout this challenge, and my life outside the gym has been anything but straightforward. But I’ve continued to show up, keep my meals going, hit my steps, stay hydrated and get my training done when I can.

I’m not expecting every week to be perfect. The goal is to keep progressing and keep putting one foot in front of the other.

Another week down. Another week closer to the end goal. 💪🔥

Current focus for next week:

Keep calories at 2,300
Hit 201g protein
Hit 271g carbs
Keep fats around 34g
10,000+ steps daily
5L+ water daily
Continue training consistently
Prioritise sleep and recovery
Keep monitoring how my body is responding and stay on top of my blood work

The competition isn’t won in one week. It’s won by stacking consistent weeks together. 💪🔥

You are absolutely right! Consistency is everything! Muscle don't stay around or grow, if they aren't given the regular spark ups necessary to keep the flame burning 🔥 Now that you are taking in a lot of water at more appropriate times, psylium fiber (Metamucil or other brand) keeps things moving in the right direction! As a bonus for psylium fiber, you can save a fortune on TP because of all of the time ghost wipes! 👻 The fiber binds everything together keeping it clean. Thank me later!

Issues / Highlights Today 🤦‍♂️💩😂

Well… what a fucking way to start the morning.

Had a sneezing fit so violent that my arse decided it was clocking off before the rest of me. 💩💀

Next thing I know, I’m standing there in a bush trying to sort the situation out, wearing whatever fucking rags I could find to protect my dignity. 😂

Then SITE SAFETY pulls up.

Of course they fucking did. 🤦‍♂️🤣

“Why are you hiding in a bush?”

Mate… do you really want the answer to that question? 😂

Apparently I wasn’t wearing the correct PPE either.

No shit, Sherlock. I was currently fighting for my fucking life. 😩😂

At this point I’m standing there thinking:

“Surely this is how I die. Not from the gym, not from the diet… but from being caught half-naked in a bush by site safety after shitting myself.” 💀💀💀

Absolutely fucking cooked.

BUT… every cloud has a silver lining.

They sent me home early. 🤣🤣

So technically…

I got paid to shit myself, hide in a bush, get caught by site safety, and go home early.

Honestly, could’ve been worse. 😂😂

Another day done, another fucking story for the books. 🤣

Only 1 week into the new Test E, Primo & Mast setup, but already feeling really good. Energy, mood and overall feeling have been noticeably positive so far. 💪🔥

Banana 100 g
Lite milk 300 ml
Honey 10 g
Whey protein isolate
Raspberries 70 g
Dark chocolate 70% 20 g
649kcal, 46g protein, 76g carbs, 16g Fats

Lunch
Chicken breast raw200 g
Spud lite 125 g
Grilled Asparagus 100 g
Beetroot 100 g
Heart Salt 1g
392kcal, 47g protein, 29g carbs, 7g Fat

Snack
Greek yogurt natural light 150 g
Chocolate whey 1 serving
Banana 100 g
Raspberries 70g
321kcal, 42g protein, 31g carbs,2g Fats

Mood: Great! 😎

Highlights / Issues:
Only my second cheat session in 13 weeks… so naturally I decided to celebrate with a sneaky cheat meal. 😂

Mood was bloody great, food was bloody good… then the guilt kicked in. 🤣

Apparently 13 weeks of being disciplined means one cheat meal is enough to make me question every life choice I’ve ever made.

Overall: Another solid day. 12.8k steps, 5.5L water, training done and meals mostly on point. One cheat meal isn’t undoing the many weeks of work — especially when chest day finally decided to make an appearance. 😂🔥

Steps: 12,200
Water: 6L 💧
Meals: Done ✅
New supplements arrived by iherb

The session:
  • Bicep curls — 12.5kg × 15
  • DB overhead tricep extensions — 12.5kg × 15
  • Front raises — 10kg × 15
  • Side raises — 10kg × 15
  • 30 sec rest

Highlights / Issues:
Walked out of the shed absolutely FULL — shoulders, biceps and triceps pumped to the ****ing moon. 😂💀

And then came the best part…

Went to bed feeling very tender. 😂

That classic “I know tomorrow is going to hurt, but right now I look ****ing massive” feeling. 🤣🔥

Overall: Another box ticked. 12.2k steps, 6L water, all meals done and a nasty little home-blaster session to finish the day. 💪

Thirty seconds rest on an arm circuit in the shed will give you a pump that has nothing to do with the weight, and the tenderness the next day is the giveaway.

Check-in completed today! 💪

I wanted to get a morning gym session in, so I left for work a little later than usual and got it done first.

Morning gym – Quads, Abs & Calves 💪

Got the session done before work and made sure I still got my training in even though it meant pushing my start time back.

I also had my scheduled PT session later in the day.

PT – Chest, Back & Shoulders

Another solid training day with two sessions completed.

Nutrition was also on point today. I added an extra pre-workout meal and a slice of pizza, to make sure I had enough fuel for the workload rather than trying to train on empty.

Hydration was a big one today too — 7L of water. Definitely keeping on top of that after the constipation issues I had recently.

Overall, another bloody solid day.

A morning session and a PT session in the same day is a big ask, and pushing your work start back to make it happen is the part most blokes wont do legend.

🔥 Weekly Check-In

@PharmabolicsOz

250mg Test E
100mg primo
100mg Mast E

Another week completed and overall I’m really happy with how things are progressing.

The biggest positive this week has been strength. I’m consistently noticing that I’m getting stronger from week to week, especially during my PT sessions. I’m still pushing the weights while continuing to work towards getting leaner, which is something I’m really happy to see.

My activity has remained high, with my daily steps generally sitting around or above the 10,000-step target. Hydration has also been a major focus after the constipation and bloating issues I had recently. I’ve been making a conscious effort to stay on top of my water throughout the day rather than leaving it until nighttime.

Nutrition has continued to be a priority. I’ve been getting my meals down consistently and have started using an additional pre-workout meal when needed to make sure I’m properly fuelled for harder training sessions. I’m learning that when I’m doing bigger workloads, I need to make sure I’m actually giving my body enough food to perform and recover.

Training has been another strong point this week. I’ve managed to get my PT sessions done alongside additional gym sessions, including quads, abs and calves, chest, back and shoulders, and my regular Sunday leg session.

I’m definitely noticing the difference in my strength now. The weights are continuing to move up and exercises that previously felt extremely difficult are becoming more manageable.

My blood work also came back this week and overall the results were good, which was reassuring. There was one major surprise with my testosterone results, however, as they showed my levels were much lower than expected considering what I believed I had been taking. It has raised questions about the actual contents/potency of the Test E I had been using, so that’s something I’m taking seriously and will be following up rather than simply assuming everything is legitimate.

Overall, I’m really happy with the direction I’m heading.

I’ve had plenty of things happening outside the gym, but I’m still managing to keep showing up, get my meals done, hit my steps, stay hydrated and keep training.

The biggest thing I’m noticing now is that this is starting to feel less like something I’m forcing myself to do and more like my normal routine.

Nutrition: Staying consistent and getting meals down
Training: Strength continuing to increase
Steps: Consistently hitting 10,000+
Water: Generally 5–7L daily
Sleep: Improving, with some nights reaching 8 hours
Blood work: Overall good, with Test E results needing further investigation

I’m now well into the second half of the challenge, and the goal hasn’t changed.

Get leaner. Get stronger. Keep showing up.

The scale is only one measurement of progress. Seeing my strength continue to increase while I’m getting leaner is becoming one of the biggest motivators for me.

Keep fucking going. 💪🔥

This week so far has been a pretty hectic one outside of the gym.

I haven’t managed to get to the gym anywhere near as much as I normally would, but honestly, it’s not because I’ve lost motivation or don’t want to train. I’ve just had a lot going on day-to-day, with work, extra jobs and everything else that has been happening.

I’ve been putting in some seriously long days — 18-hour days since Monday — and by the time I finally get home and get everything sorted, I’m absolutely cooked.

There have been nights where I’ve literally been passed out before I’ve even had a chance to make my log. 😂

So training has taken a bit of a back seat this week while I deal with everything else going on.

That being said, I’m still keeping the other important parts moving.

My steps have remained high, generally staying around or above the 10,000-step target, and I’ve continued making a big effort with my water intake. Nutrition has been a little more difficult because of the workload and stress, with my appetite being up and down, but I’m still making an effort to get my meals down and use protein shakes when I fall short.

I’m not going to beat myself up over having a quieter training week.

I’ve had some massive weeks recently where I’ve been training hard, doing PT sessions, getting extra gym sessions in and pushing myself pretty bloody hard. Sometimes life gets in the way, and recovery becomes just as important as forcing another workout.

The biggest thing for me is that I haven’t quit.

I’m still here.

Still getting my steps.

Still getting my water in.

Still trying to hit my nutrition.

Still checking in.

And I’m ready to get back into the gym properly once things settle down.

This week has really tested my ability to balance everything. Between work, extra jobs, home life and trying to keep myself moving forward, there simply aren’t enough hours in the day sometimes.

But I’m going 💪

The gym might have been quieter this week, but the overall goal hasn’t changed.

Get leaner. Get stronger. Keep showing up.

Next week I’m aiming to get back into my normal training routine, while still making sure I’m not running myself into the ground.

But called into work sick tommorow.
Early morning gym session, 6PM PT
In between…
Cleaning up a house due to getting a 4 day notice of a house inspection where I’m normally given more time.
House is clean!
Just the finer areas needs abit of work 🤣
