Hey mate, I’m sorry for your loss. But I don’t believe @AlerisLabsCo is in the wrong here, based on the screenshots you have provided.

You need to understand that they, along with many other vendors and labs on here, have taken a risk, by providing you with free products under the understanding that you will start annd maintain a log to provide feedback for the community. It is very common for people on these forums to take advantage of new labs, say they are going to log, then once products are received don’t follow through on their end.

Aleris appears to be looking for confirmation and from what I’ve read, you have overreacted and taken this too far. Once again I am genuinely sorry for your loss, but there was a better way to handle this on your end.
