Reconstituted this morning. Dissolved faster than any other peptides that I’ve used before, which I found helpful!
Put it in the fridge for roughly 30 minutes after reconstituting and then took 2.5mg.

First shot of Tirzepatide was yesterday, a bit before lunch. Didn't notice any effects yesterday (wasn't expecting any), however, this morning I can tell that it's definitely working. Not at all hungry and had to consciously make the effort to get breakfast in- probably would have missed it if I didn't get a reminder from MyFitnessPal to log breakfast.

Just want to Apologies to the boss publicly I haven't posted in nearly 2 weeks. Lifestyle has drastically changed and I been losing sleep due to work and personal reasons.

In my head it's been 6 days and @Buck Pharmaceuticals sent me a reminder message and it's been 2 weeks! fuck me dead ! Won't happen again boys.

You can see from JAN last year - my Levels were atrocious !! I was on cycle during this period.
I'm also On cycle right now at 8 weeks running Test 440mg Test and 300mg per week Primo.

My HBA1C is the MASSIVE IMPROVEMENT!!!

I have been for the last 4-5 years unable to get my HBA1C below 5.8.
Thanks to Reta which i've been logging for Zenith over the last 2 months - My HBA1C has dropped 6 points!!

That's an insane amount guys. - I no longer have blood sugar crashes. I'm no longer Pre-diabetic!! absolute big wins over here.

Really happy with how things are progressing for you mate.

You've put together a much more detailed update in your main log, so I'd encourage anyone following along to check that out for the full breakdown.
