Tuesday is chest day for me, let's go!!..
I've actually been doing 2-a-days as of late. So I'll wake up around 3:30 am and go to the gym in my neighborhood and lift there hitting arms, backs, legs, chest. Then in the evening I'll go to my actual gym and hit areas that are on my regimen that day as I can go heavier and have better equipment. The idea behind the 2-a-days are to maximize growth from increasing training volume and improving recovery between those sessions to be fresh.

you have some good mass on you bro clean glute back sweepWednesday is Posterior day, that's back and also with some hamstrings in there to further work on that sweep from the side when I hit the side chest pose. One of my favorite lifts of all time is deadlifts, I love that it's a full body exercise and a great way to build overall strength. I just gotta be careful with back-pumps as them shits are ruthless... lol

Yes, I agree, Samson is a great responder, and puts on weight quick from high cals and high volume.I'm all for lot's of volume lot's of sets & higher reps!
I mean why not?
You limit the amount of growth stimulation by limiting your numbers of sets & reps.
I have always modelled my own training around the Late great Sergio Oliva The Myth
Samson Dauda is the most recent great example of of high volume high reps too

Probably use T3 around competition time when I’m getting tighter, right now I’m still in the bulking stage. I do have anastrozole and cabergoline on deck. I’ve never dealt with any bad sides to have to utlize.You are coming in Perfectly brother

Tuesday is chest day, lets hope we can find a bench, more kids are showing up as school is for summer tomorrow.
I'm getting stronger and feel good overall, I just happen to notice that the anavar has me sweating more as well as the little bit of tren that I take. That is the only side I'm dealing with, blood pressure is good, glucose is good, last time I got blood checked was 5 months ago and blood work was great.
Sitting at 218lbs, should be hitting the 225lbs train here soon. Very excited about it as the biggest I was last year was 213lbs.
I am motivated and very enthused to push and be better on a daily basis. My life for the most part is a boring Tuesday...
I go to the gym at 3:00 am, then come home shower and eat. Get my kid at 7:00 am come home feed her and eat again, from there do homework, trade on the stock market and upload info to the logs. I drop her off at 6:00 and then at the gym by 6:30. Home, posing, food, shower and bed by 9:45pm.
Nothing scintillating, or fascinating. I am strict and insanely focused at this point, as I don't want to get my ass handed to me at the Masters Olympia. Still waiting on the date and also the location as to where it will be held, wherever it will be, I will be ready, as this has been the best training year of my life. Thank you for everything @US-pharmacies
