Hey lads little about me… training for 6 years. Enhanced for the last 8 months. I’ve tried many of the labs here and on evo, and need some accountability and place to post my training meals and so on

Age: 24
Height: 178cm

My current goals
I have been working with a coach for the last 5 months. Something I should have done sooner. We train once per week but that’s also my check in day with him. We’re focused on staying lean and building quality mass, as I do dream to compete.

Current cycle:
375mg test e
250mg eq
Mots-c pre workout
25mg anavar pre workout
3iu hgh pre bed

Food
Sitting on; 230g protein, 65 fat and 450g carbs

Training
Push, pull, legs, rest, upper, lower, repeat

My rest days are just low carb and higher protein which I’ll show next rest days

100g Oats
50g Blueberries
30g Whey

Meal 2
120g Chicken breast
80g Sushi rice
50g Pineapple

Meal 3
120g Chicken breast
80g Sushi rice
50g Pineapple

Meal 4
1 Bagel
100g Jam
Whey Shake

Meal 5
150g Potato
150g Beef mince
50g Blueberries
