Hello everyone. Starting a new log today. This will be a cut sponsored by ascention peptides. I’ll be doing mots c, Tesamorelin and test e with Winstrol towards the last 4 weeks. The oil is from GSL. The goal is be as shredded as possible and get down to low double digit body fat.

Current stats
Age: 37
Weight: 86 kg
Height: 5’6

Plan:
  • 5x/week lifting (bro split)
  • 10k steps minimum
  • Cardio included
  • Calories: 2500 → dropping 200 every 2 weeks
  • Compounds:

Nah bro, Not with a coach at the moment. I’m thinking of this being 12 weeks, I dont think I’ll have to do a longer cut if I do it right. And my bad, that 10k steps is not including cardio. I’m starting with 20 minutes incline and maybe switch to step mill every now and then. Not a fan of it, it kills me.

12 weeks is very aggressive I have faith in you but you have to execute it flawlessly.

12 weeks is very aggressive I have faith in you but you have to execute it flawlessly.

I think so. Even if you slow it down a little. I'll drop an example

Slowly bring food down and increase cardio.

Eg:

Starting point
Daily steps 10-30k the more the better

Week1/2- 2500cals 30mins cardio 3x week

Week3/4- 2300 cals 30mins cardio 4x week

Week 5/6 - 2300 cal 40mins cardio 4x week

Weeks 7/8 - 2100 cal 30mins cardio 7x week

Weeks 9/10 - 2100 cal 40mins cardio 7x week

Weeks 11/12 - 2000 cal 50mins cardio 7x week

Weeks 13/14 - 1800 cal 50mins cardio 7x week

Weeks 15/16 - 1800 cal 1hr cardio 7x week

This is aggressive but it's how I did mine (mine was more aggressive)

can't really see whats happening there? describe it please
I reconstituted this one with 3 ml bac. Kept it to the side and came back to it and it was just solid on the sides. It’s like a gel, tried to draw it but couldn’t. Read up on it and most probably I messed up somehow. I’ve read tesa is thick but if it turns to gel it’s wasted.

Mots c felt good, didn’t have a crash mid day like I do, might be too early to say though. Was very excited yesterday. It did leave a slight red rash and a small lump but it’s better now.
 
Quick update on the Tesa situation. Messaged @Ascension Peptides, got a quick reply, seems like bac is the issue. He’s sending me acetic acid to mix it along with 2 vials of tesa. Until that arrives, I’ll be doing Mots c and test.

Hey everyone.

Today was rest and cardio.
Did 1mg mots c and went for a walk. 30 minutes into it started feeling really hungry. I guess fasted cardio will take some getting used to 😂. I was just giving it a try seeing most people benefit from it. Personally, I like to finish my workout and hop on to the treadmill and do 20-30 minutes of incline walk.

Went to the gym, worked on mobility and core. My right front delt has a bit of niggle in it, it feels much better after giving it some rest.

Meals remain the same, took a nap and ended up skipping a meal. Went to play badminton for a couple hours and then for a walk.

Did roughly 15k steps today in all.
Tomorrow is leg day and will be posting the first check in pictures. Weight hasn’t moved as of today. I was 85.7kg this morning.

Another interesting thing, mots c is leaving a big red lump everytime I pin, it is itchy as. I iced it and it shrunk a bit but still itchy. I’ve reconstituted it with 3ml bac and doing 30 units every day. I’ll try and pin shoulder instead of stomach tomorrow and see if that changes. Other than that, I can definitely feel constant energy and no crashes. I’ve also stopped coffee and energy drinks so that could be helping too.

How long after you wipe your vial and injection site with an alcohol pad are you inserting the syringe into the vial and then injecting? If you don’t let it properly dry this can happen because of the alcohol irritation. Never a big deal as it usually subsides the same day, if not within a few hours. If it’s there for several days and gets warm to the touch, then you have an infection. Odds are it’s just from the alcohol or your body just getting used to the new substance and may take a week or so to quit reacting

Hey brother thanks for the posts and apologies for the delay in jumping on here! 💪
The acetic should do the trick for the Tesa. It's a very sensitive compound and slight variations in ph can affect it. Also for anyone else currently running Tesa, a lesser known point is to store it out of the fridge (room temp). This is as per the manufacturer specifications, generally the vial is used up within the week so no concerns with degradation during that time.

Mots-c injection site reaction is very common, you should tolerate it better as you continue with the compound, but I find injecting in the hip/glute area is a good way to minimise any irritation you are getting.

Got half a roast chicken that I’ll eat in an about 2 hours. Steps are at 9k, will probably end up doing 13-14k by the time I finish work at midnight.

I can feel mots c working, don’t know if it helps with strength but definitely pushed for more reps today. I dread leg day but felt pretty good today.

Did 20 minutes on the bike, didn’t enjoy it, I’ll just go back to incline walks and stair master.

Tomorrow is chest and arms, starting Monday, moving cardio to 30 mins. Not sure if I should drop food right now. I’ll give it another week before I start dropping food.

I did look into methylene blue and slu. Leaning towards slu but won’t add anything before I can see tesa and mots c working. Might even not need anything extra. Definitely interested though.

Today I pinned it before my workout, it seems to bring down hr faster. Usually I wait for a couple minutes but I was good to go after a minute or so. Less rest between sets and pushed the same weight.

Yesterday was chest and arms, did plate loaded incline press and it was much easier on the shoulder. I’ll keep at it for a bit until my shoulder feels better.

Got a bit busy at work. Had to pull a double on Monday and had to skip a workout. Still managed to go for a walk and ended the day with 14k steps.

Yesterday was better, did back and arms

Meals remain the same.
Morning weight right now is 85kg on the dot.

Woke up feeling well rested, Waist definitely feels smaller. Feel a bit more energy. It’s day 10 on mots c. Still waiting on tesa. Fuck auspost.

Going in for a shoulder workout and 30 minute cardio today.

Breakfast is 2 banana, 200g rice flakes, 20g peanut butter and 2 scoops protein.

Post workout - 3 scoops protein, 10g glutamine

Meal 2 will be 200g chicken & 200g rice

Meal 3 would probably be at work, might eat a muscle chef meal and fruits

Meal 4 is 100g pasta, 200g beef mince and half avacado for tonight.

So Thursday was a rest day. Did 11k steps and played badminton for 2 hours. Shoulder mobility and stretching.

Friday was legs and cardio. Slight deviation from meals, went to a party and ate pizza. Woke up today at 85.9 kg.

So far today, had a 20 minute cardio and shoulder workout. I’m at 9k steps and working till midnight, will probably touch 14k or more.

Until recent always heard of BAC to mix with your Tesa, and saw on this forum some guys were having trouble with the Tesa turning into a gel like substance. Is this common with Tesa & BAC?
Yeah, first time using tesa and it turned to gel when I mixed it with BAC. Something to do with BACs ph level that ruins tesa, that’s what @Ascension Peptides told me. Did it today with acetic water and mixed easy. Never had this issue with anything else.
 
Unsure if true but ive heard storing tesa in the fridge causes it to turn into a gel like substance and better to store outside fridge im sure someone with more knowledge will know if this is correct

I’m keeping it at room temp. Not in the fridge. The one I did turned to gel.

I’ve got some Tesa vials I ordered several months ago that I still haven’t cracked open, I’ll order some acetic water to have on hand in case, cheers💪

Going in the fridge or reconstitution of the compound using refrigerated BAC water can also turn it into jelly. It's quite hard to find reliable information about these compounds online as most people just share chatgpt sourced information from Reddit, but I have done my research using the manufacturers websites as well as the studies completed on these compounds.

Late update.
Monday was rest, I did cardio and went to work. Clocked 13k steps.

Meal 1
rice flakes, peanut butter and 2 scoops whey

Meal 2
200g roast chicken, 200g rice

Meal 3
100g pasta, 200g beef mince

Meal 4
100g roast veggies, 200g chicken

Tuesday was chest and tricep
Did 30 minute cardio. Meals were the same, added a protein bar. Step count was 8k.

Today was back and bicep
Meals are the same. Thinking about dropping food but I’m feeling pretty good at the moment. Roughly eating around 2500 calories. Weight is consistently dropping. Today I was 85.3kg.

Sleep has been pretty inconsistent lately, getting 6 hours or less. A bit restless and I wake up thirsty. Maybe Tesa has this effect. Also, it stings soo bad.
Skin is getting thinner for sure.

Tomorrow is legs and core. Have a long shift tomorrow so will be skipping cardio.
 
Late post
Hey guys, time for my weekly update. This week was good. Didn’t work arms this week. Shoulder pain has gone worse. Seeing a physio on Thursday and see what happens. I have shooting pain all the way from my front delt to forearm.

Weight has been dropping but not fast enough. This morning fasted weight was 84.3kg.

Water intake has increased to 6 ltr. I wake up thirsty and hungry. Did an average 12k steps everyday. Changing cardio to stair master and dropping food from tomorrow. Going down to 2k calories.

I can see changes but the love handles are turning out to be an issue. Have a lot of fat on my mid section that isn’t moving. Arms and back look good.
Sleep is a bit erratic.

Will update tomorrow, not sure if I can train chest tomorrow with a fucked up shoulder.

So, I did end up doing chest, arms and core. Shoulder was feeling good and I thought yolo 😂😂.
Morning weight was 84.3kg

Today’s meals

Meal 1
2 scoops whey/ 100g rice flakes/ 20g peanut butter/1 banana

Meal 2
200g chicken/ 50g lettuce/ 150g rice

Meal 3
Steak/ half avocado (don’t like steak much, but getting bored of chicken)

Meal 4
2 Homemade smash burgers
1 scoop protien


Today’s workout

Incline chest press
Flat DB press
Cable crossover
Bar dips
Incline overhead tricep extension
Lying leg raise
Planks

Step count is 9.4k.
Water intake was 4 litre

Trying to sleep early and get some rest. Tomorrow is legs and cardio followed by a 10 hour shift. Will post an update tomorrow.

Yep, I’ll post weight with my workouts now.
With chest I started with 25kg DB and moved upto 37.5 for the top set.
Haven’t been able to push past 40s yet.
 
Would you think to include some Reta?
I did try Reta some time back but it killed my appetite completely and blocked me up. Maybe I did it wrong. Not too keen on it, maybe when I drop more food and it gets hard to ignore the hunger?
 
Today was leg day, looking at my progress, my legs are shrinking and I don’t want them any skinnier. I train legs once a week but now I’ll be doing legs twice a week. I used to avoid training legs but seeing how disproportionate it’s getting, I have to train them more now. I usually keep my sets between 12-15 reps, sometimes I’ll drop it to 8 on the top set but never lower.

Leg workout
I warmed up with leg extension 50/50/60/70 kg

Leg press - 80/80/120/120/140kg (last set was 8 reps)

Lying leg curl - 40/40/50/60kg
Hack squats - 40/40/40/50kg
Walking Lunges - 15/15/20/20kg
Hip thrust - 30/30/30/30kg

Food is the same but thinking of adding yogurt to it.
Water intake is 4ltr so far, will end up at 6 maybe more.
Step count is 7.6k.
Just leaving for badminton.
