bpc/tb500 stack and dosing for hurt knees

Help with BPC and TB500 would be appreciated. I was thinking of stacking them together at 1 mg every other day of each. Do you think I should pin my knees on a daily basis? Do you think that 12 weeks would be good enough? I'm 62 years old and my knees have been bothering me a lot.
