New log for recovery and muscle maintenance

Currently I’m running bpc-157 and also tb500 700mcg of each before bed using @Infinity Labs hgh also test E and eq 250mg weekly of test e 80mg eq.
Plantar fasciitis has caused me quite bad mechanical back issues s3 and an extremely tight l5.
I’m using a splint at night for foot, decompression of spine with stretches also using some core build exercises from a chart I found lol 2/3 times weekly I’m doing sets of four of each exercise on this with 40/60 sec holds where they apply stretching the shit outta my calf’s on calf raise machine (standing) will be introducing rdls and hyper extensions shortly on the back of my work outs

Today shoulders had a little buddy from work join me which was great and motivation is low some days for obvious reasons

This is my Dailey breakfast to midday meal making sure I get this in currently
I’ll take pic of Dailey vitamins later also a table spoon of bone broth in hot drink before bed.

Then my evening meal will consist of a large protein of steak beef or chicken 400g raw with noodle, sweet potato fries, or potato
Various veggies
Didn’t train today as son was up at 4am plus I don’t need to push hard as recovering.
Will be doing back with so hyper extensions and added rdls plus calf stretching again feeling really positive atm

Right guys still wearing splint great news from chiro and how I feel no back pain a week and now to monthly visits onwards unless I feel otherwise. Still pining in heel and wearing splint at night Monday did back session still pull 100kg plus on pull downs so still string was very happy yesterday I did chest again pressing 50kg dbs for 10 reps that was also a great feeling still taking bpc-157 and tb500.

All my training session atm end with moderate calf’s raises stood and have introduced seated hammies also.
Really am get confident in full ish recovery in the next 4 weeks….

Then I’ll be able loaded this log up gainz great food and training again 😎💪🏽
 
Very interested to follow this one i suffer from plantar fasciitis myself its really annoying
Was free of it for a while and now its back with a vengeance I believe bought on by sled push
Get a splint for night bro and stick some bpc157 straight in the heel feels horrid but results are worth it big man
 
Did back and chest this week with the added hamies with calf raises used the shite over her in WA to chill even the my son bringing all sorts of shit home from nursery atm had a huge head cold.

Still push 50kg dbs fir chest and 100plus on pec dec

Back still pulling 105kg+ later pull down same for seated cable row

Foots feeling much better but not really going to take anything from it currently as I’ve done the bare minimal all weekend lol

Had to decline @Infinity Labs offer for more oils as I’m he’s kept me fully stocked up and I don’t need anymore atm
(do not take advantage of a good man)

Hope you all smashed any goals over the last week
