first cycle thoughts

Going to be doing my first cycle. I'm 27 years old, 85 kg, and I'm short and skinny. I would like to see if I can put on some more size and add to my frame. I'm looking at doing some anavar and some testosterone together. Do you think this would be a good option for me? My thoughts are 50 mg a day of anavar and 500 mg a week of testosterone.

For a first cycle it's not a bad idea to keep things simple: some testosterone and an oral to kick start. That's really all you need.

The key to a first cycle is blood work. You should get pre-cycle blood work to get a baseline. From there you can be more flexible.

You posted "short and skinny" but you weigh 85KG (187 lbs)? That information needs clarification. "Short" is subjective. What is your height please?

For a first run, stacking 500mg Test with 50mg Anavar is overkill and makes managing side effects tricky. If your estrogen spikes or lipids take a hit, you won't know which compound caused it.

Stick to a simple Test-only cycle (around 350–400mg/week) for 12–16 weeks. You will easily pack on solid size with proper food and training without unnecessary oral liver stress.
