Doing retatrutide for 4 months for fat loss

I'm looking to use retatrutide for four months for fat loss. Do you think that I can get away with one or two milligrams a week, or do you think I need to use more? I'm currently 265 pounds, and I'm at least 40 pounds overweight according to my doctor.

Everyone is different, you can start on 1mg per week and see how you feel and if you are still getting food noise you can up it to 2mg per week and so on.

What you need to remember and what everyone forgets is that reta isnt a food suppression peptide, its much more than that.

I was on 4mg per week and now im back to 2mg every 8 or 9 days as i have found my sweet spot. I still want to enjoy my food and Reta allowes me to do so while blocking all the food noise that makes us walk to the cupboard and look for snacks when we aren't even hungry.

Individual response to GLP1 receptor agonists varies pretty greatly. Start as low as 1mg/ week and adjust according to satiety and progress.

You can't out-drug a poor diet, though, and these drugs are here to make it easier to develop better nutritional habits. Your results will come from making sure your nutrition is dialed in and consistent 👌
