How much Retatrutide would you recommend if I want to lose weight?

Interested in using Retatrutide. I'm 250 pounds, looking to lose some weight. My goal is to lose 20-30 pounds. Do you think I should use 3mg a week? Or do you think I should start low and work my way up? 38 years old.

I would definitely start around the 2mg mark, you need to see how your body is reacting and then increase if required. Guys that are taking close to the 12mg mark i think are overdoing it ad using Reta as a food suppression agent and thats not what it was created for. It main selling point was that it burns away your visceral fat.

Also need to watch out as some people have had issues sleeping and nausea.

May like to start even as low as 1mg, to be honest. I'm seeing enough people having gastric issues even with such a low dose.

bros use tirzepatide if you want double agonist. reta is you want triple agonist. also tirz is fda approved already

reta and tirz is a great option. i would run them 2-3mgs a week. that is a good starting dose

start at 1mg a week. the first month you can have some tough sides. then once you get into it you can start increasing

a lot of my clients will do just fine on 3mgs a week. no need to go higher on 90% of people. if you go too high you couldl feel sick
