    Usually get 4-5hrs asleep a night due to job. Wake up mon wed and fri and run 5 miles in 40 min. The other days is just other workouts is. Upper body, abs, army pt.     Pic up Thanks, I did forget to mention the army body fat test measures largest part of midsection and neck. They take this and throw in a formula and determine based on height. I do not know how accurate this is by the way
