    of course there is, heavier low rep squats with increased poundages from week to week is needed. How are you going to provide a stimulus for growth with only 20 rep squats using a VERY low weight? Youre not.

    LoL.... come on man.... Getting a "toned" look has nothing to do with the workout you do, it has to do 100% with diet. Lose body fat, and you will get a more toned look, however, if you have no muscle under the fat then you're not going to look like you want to.

    I don't see how it would matter, in fact, my order is superior to that... with it, I can use the max amount of weight for each exercise, whereas if I pushed deads to the end, my lift might suffer. For growth, I would assume hitting the heaviest exercises with the most amount of weight possible...
