They say when people stop smoking they gain 5-10 pounds, so im guessing it would be the same with chew.

I used it for 3 weeks and I can vouch for lethargy! Tired as hell and appetite wasn't there by mid second week. There is probably a good reason why it says to only take it 15-29 days on the bottle.
