    You should be fine with squats, but i would do leg curls *and* leg extensions after the squats aswell. Just makesure your main leg exercises are Squats.

    I usually do 3 sets of 10 for every exercise (apart from abs and stuff). The reason why i haven't got that much back exercises in is because i am a bit stuck for them, i could do with someone telling me a few exercises...
