MONDAY:
Biceps,Back,Abs.
TUESDAY:
Rest.
WEDNESDAY:
Quads,Hams,Calfs.
THURSDAY:
Triceps,Chest,Abs.
FRIDAY:
Rest.
SATURDAY:
Forearms,Shoulders,Traps,Abs.
SUNDAY:
Rest.
