    yeah i did rippetoe for a while, seen great results.. but i got tired of it.. looking for something with less ex per session.. (not lazy, just bored.. ;\) thanks..

    i got bored from spending lots of time at the gym going from ex to ex to ex.. (even tho i do only 4-5 ex a workout).. i'm looking for a workout, which includes 1-2 (3 tops) ex a day, working out no matter how many days a week.. any ideas? thanks..

    blockage/strenght/stability training?

    so i want to become a bit stronger.. like when i play soccer/football, when someone tackles me i wont fall right away, or when i tackle someone, he'll fall right away.. like becoming a stable mothafucka block.. hard body with stability? how rugby/football players workout in gym? thanks :)
