How about balancing it out like this:
Bench
Row
(Horizontal push/pull)
Overhead press
Chins
(Vertical push/pull)
Squat
Deadlift
(Quad/Hip dominant)
As suggested earlier 3x week might be better. You could alternate these two workouts:
A) Bench/Row/Squat B) OH Press/Chins/Deads

I reckon if I woke at 5am and ate a small meal, I would want to at least start warming up by 5:30, about 5-10 mins, then stretch 10-15 mins, workout 30-40 minutes. Should leave me enough time for a triple S, and a hearty breakfast.
