I am trying a muscle building diet ( 3400 calorie diet). I thought the best way is to begin with the doctor´s point of view to have a healthy diet.
I found a lot of diets on-line, I selected the ones that I liked and asked for my doctor´s opinion. He just changed a couple of things...
My dermatologist told me not to try other´s prescriptions. It is a good idea to share tips, but in some cases the causes are so many, that is more convenient to identify the particular cause so the doctor can prescribe a particular treatment.
I quit smoking 6 months ago. Difficult challenge. But I had no choice, it was my life or my addiction. My doctor told me that all my effort at the gym was useless if I prefered my addiction than my health. He told me " If you don´t change your mind, you could be buried wearing tennis shoes "
Maybe that is what I haven´t understood yet...that is a lifestyle change.
I don´t have discipline for a diet and exercise at the same time. When a follow a diet, I am careless with my exercise routine and viceversa.
Please help me with a question related to routine shown above:
I read that biceps and triceps exercises must be performed on different days, due to those muscles have opposite functions. Is that true?
