Like "Solid" I've done 5cc of oil based dozens of times. Never had an issue. But, I would suggest massaging the area for 5-min after doing the shot. Helps to disperse the oil into the muscle. So, 6cc should be ok. But, I only shoot in the glutes. Can't comment on other areas. YV

I actually put everything in an empty soda can, empty glass amps, used pins with the caps/shields on them, wrappers, and used alcohol wipes. Then I put a little piece of duct tape over the opening and toss it in my own trash can.

I always aspirate. Also, just this past cycle I hit a vein, like week 6. It was a glute shot, I was using a 1.5" 21ga. My girlfriend does my shots for me, she put the pin in aspirated and got blood. She freaked, I told her to relax and just pull the needle out. The syringe now had about 3 drops...

I'm lucky enough to have my girl shooting me. So, maybe I'll start her on a cycle. That way she can get some muscle to be able to shoot easier. :evil: YV

I've noticed that some syringes are of better quality then others. i.e. When pushing and pulling the plunger on the syringe it seems to operate much smoother on the better quality ones. I've used three different syringes, BD - Terumo - Kendall monoject. And the Terumo seems to be of much better...

Thanks everyone for your replies. Just to update. I did the "heat it up" thing. Just put some hot water in a bowl heated it in the microwave for 45-sec and then placed the 10ml vial in it. Let it sit there for about 5-min. I also used a "smaller" 3cc syringe instead of the 5cc one I used...

Selene, Actually a 23g is smaller than a 21g. So, it would be HARDER to shoot with a 23g. Also, I did try to cut it with Nile Sust. I used 2-amps of Nile Sust (500mg) with 3cc (300mg) of the Thai Primo and it was still thicker then shit!! I'll try the "warming" thing and see if that helps. YV

Is anyone else out there having issues with the Thai Phoenix brand because it's so thick? I've got their Primo and Deca and it's SUPER thick. I shoot with a 21g needle and it's almost impossible to draw and shoot it. I've used a lot of other "oil-based" stuff and never had a problem like this...

Do yourself a favor and get the amp opener. I got one and it's the best investment I ever made. Amps open easily EVERY time. I use to do the file thing with the "bic pen" thing to snap it off. The amp opener is the only way to go. YV
