    high intensity...try that 75mg ED. also if you are really into high intensity workouts,6 days a week may be overtraining you. maybe, take 3-4 days off then work out a day and take a day off,etc. you can overtrain even while on. when i was in my 20's i was 210 and 5-6% all year...
