i took creatine before but not pure creatine i think it was mixed with something else, and i didnt do a loading phase for it, i think it gained me 5lbs, but that was a month ago i want to try doing the loading phase know, will that be ok?
i want to start taking creatine, but i heard you have to go through a loading phase, and some say you dont.
whats the best way to take creatine?
Is the results good and is there any side effects ?
