it depends if your going for size or not. I know many lifters that train for strength that lift twice a day. They aren't freakin' huge, but they are stong as hell.

What can I substitute deca with? I would use deca, but I don't like the fact that its detectable for a long time and I might join the USMC. Anything that I can use instead?\ My cycle is Deca 400mg week-8 weeks Sus250 500mg week-8 weeks D-bol 30mg week-4 weeks
