But u really shouldnt care what simple minded stick, fat people say about u. by the way if your as strong as u look, u should join martial arts...

    HOW MANY OF YOU WORK YOUR FRONT DELTS????

    ive got this problem---but the weird thing is i dont even work on my front or side delts they seem just to grow with regular weight movements, like with benching, curls, for some reason with me, behind the back shrugs targets my rear delt....its probably my crip

    triceps/biceps

    ive been worken on my arms alot, curls, hammer curls, etc., but i can not get my biceps to grow no matter how bad i shock them, and what worse my tricpes are over growing, they're three times the size of my bicep. Its really bad when u can bench more with a closer crip then with a shoulder...

    HOW MUCH DO YOU BENCH?

    about the best ive done is 300 for 6 reps, but that was 6 months ago! Now I am lucky if I can do 260 for 8. I have always sucked at benching. I stick more too dumbell flys and inclines & declines at 70lbs each
