Beginner at working out
I need to find something that's low-impact. I have sport injuries to my knees from years ago. And I'm starting to work out again. Right now I only have access to working out at home. I have good and bad days. Some days I can go walk, other times I can't. I'm just looking for suggestion...- wlfeyes
