    AF NYC+ Enough protein+Cardio= shred fat, keep muscle(most of it...) good luck!!! Keep a strict diet!!!! also, i recomend going on SwoleGenix. Really good program and ~SC~ knows his shit!!!!

    I've been downloading trance music videos from www.eurodanceparty.com , check 'em out if you love this music!!!! Also learn how to use mIRC, because they have their own channel and you can download just about every video known to man. These girls that sing the songs are HOT!!!!!, i never knew...

    the cardio is a sinch...... Just make some CD's of your favorite music, mine happens to be trance/techno and get into the zone. I've found that walking on the treadmill at the highest incline seems to keep my heart-rate up. GOOD LUCK!!! It's an awsome program!!!!

    Help w/ Snacks!

    Fat Free/sugar free jello is KING!! along with some Fat-Free whipped cream!!!!:p also, try drinking green tea w/splenda and a couple squirts of lemon. I started drinking that and i found it helped me curb cravings, somewhat.
