if your sust is 250mg per ML, that is 1 cc or 1 ML, same thing. So if your doing 500mg a week, that is 2ml if your sust is 250mg per ML.

Id run the test e at a min of 500mg per week for about 12-16 weeks, then throw the winny in at the end of the cycle to dry up a bit. You might want to consider an oral to kickstart the cycle. Is your winny injectable or pill form?
