    Crum.. about meal 3 on the modified diet.. I have a problem with it.. I workout later in the day so I was wondering if I should just have 2 scoops of whey (40g) to subsitute for the meal.. and 1-2 hours after that have the meal right before my workout? Or vice versa? I'm just trying to fit...

    Do you eat fruits alot throughout the day?

    Beside veggies at certain meals.... do you eat fruits whenever you want to on a cutting cycle? or do you watch when you eat it? Like Apples or bananas.. Is it good to eat once and a while or whenver you please? I dont want to mess anything up with this cutting cycle. :) Thanks
