-Warm up Leg extension 2 X 15
-Squats (Wide stance) 1 set medium 10 reps 1 set heavy 6 reps 1 sets fast high reps 15-20
-Supersetting Siff legged deadlift (constant tension, 12-15 reps) with lying leg curls 8-12 reps

Great definition! Based on my personnal experiences, i would focus on your back, specially widening your lats and your traps a bit too. You'll have a more pronounced V shape and it will taper your physique from the front and specially from the side. Keep up the good work.
