    SF 5x5 during soccer season?

    I would be training no more than 5 days a week i.e. 3 soccer and 2 gym. In the gym I would be training for more endurance lower sets greater reps this I think would be of greater benefit. On your soccer off session I would hit the gym hard again to put on those extra pounds. www.wholebody.com.au
