I think whether you do cardio or not depends on your goals if want to cut up, then great do it, BUT YOU WILL LOSE SIZE AND STRENGTH unless you are on a good amount of AS. but if you are bulking and want to gain as much mass as possible IMO don't even think about it.
arms and chest have size.. traps and lats need work.. can't really tell but i think legs probable need a little work too... but you look pretty good go for a bulking cycle then cut.. i don't think its wise to do a cutting cycle first but that;s just my opinion.
why would the juice be wasted? It would just get into the blood stream faster. IT's not good to inject oil based into veins because it could cause clotting but i don't think water based roids like winny would be a huge problem.
Mustang it seems that we have similar stats. I just barely turned 19 and i am 6' at about 212. I started a cycle about six months ago, but was forced to quit 2 weeks in, because i got extremely sick. I just thought i'd give a shout out.
