    maybe a 4. i dress in Ts and jeans or basketball shorts. work out alot, but mostly to see results for myself. i also make sure that i smell good.

    check the diet forum out. routine wise, go with some V-ups, bicycles, hanging leg raises, etc. also, keep doing those compound and olympic movements. also give it time. you're only 15, don't sweat it.

    Bust your ass in the weightroom, and on cardio, create a small caloric deficit and you're set man. Like everyone else said, stay off the winV for now. Stay away from any processed foods, rotate your carbs, whatever you need diet wise. Just do it natural for now.

    Madcow, what do you think of a two week de-loading phase following the first four or five weeks? I've run this type of triaining before, just wondering what your thoughts are on it. I needed to implement more boxing training, and this is leaving me too drained to hit the bag, and the road work...

    Weight Lifting on a tight Schedule

    Go with a UPush/UPull/Legs split. Stick to the compund movements and if you feel the need throw in a few iso sets (curls, etc). If you know the olymic lifts throw those in there too.
