    I'm 5'9'' 170lbs 10.5% bodyfat. I want to add a good 15lbs of muscle was wondering if someone had any ideas? I'll probably cut to twice a week cardio 20-30min sessions, workout 6 days a week now (sun-legs,mon-chest&tri,tues-back&bi,wen-shoulders&calf,thurs-tri&chest,fri-bi&back). Let me know.

    Clen or Albuterol

    I was looking to shed some body fat for better definition. Was wonder which is the better route clenbuterol (pills or liquid?) or albuterol? Also if pills are better how long and often should I take them? I'm 5'9'' 188lbs don't know my body fat. Workout six days a week.

    Nolvadex question

    I finished an 8wk cycle and 2wks later notice my nipples felt sore. I have nolvadex which comes with a dropper but not sure how much to take. I've read online articles saying to take 20-40mg but I don't know how much that is. If someone can tell me I would appreciate it.
