    i just had a thought about this (as i was eating a handful of them)... what effects do cherries have on people .. meaning effects on insulin, cutting/bulking, health benefits?..and where on they on the glycemic index? havent seen any threads on them

    Incline fly's target the upper outer pec's.. make sure you set the bench BELOW 45 degrees.. I usually set the bench to the first incline level .. do sets of 10-12 and you'll be feeling it the next day

    out of curiousity for what reasons would it not work? are you talking about just differences from person to person?.. i'd say my metabolism is about average.. but i tend to lose/gain weight pretty difficult... i was thinking cycling carbs a little could help?

    Here's my diet.. been sticking to it for a while now. sometimes the 2nd to last meal I add a mixture of beans to it to change up carbs but this is pretty much what i eat EVERY frickin day (stats 6'5 260lbs... i figure around 15% bf) 10:00 Shake - Water, ice, 1 c oats, 50 g whey, 1/2 banana...

    you definitly need protein AND simple carbs immediately after you workout if you want your muscle.. plain and simple (no pun intended) .. you want to have a 50/50 ration of protein to simple carbs-usually around 45g/45g

    For a quick shake i blend up 50g vanilla whey, 1 c oats, 1/2 banana, in water and ice... tastes good and is nice and quick

    i still stick to the whole grain quaker oats .. i get 9lbs for $6.50 which is good cuz thats just about the only carbs i eat ... 3 cups a day
