Thanks for the answers i don't use straps.
I will work my way up to 75kg each hand after that going to pick up both dumbbells at the same time if that works then i will try to do Barbell Deadlift 150kg.

2 weeks ago i started doing One Arm Dumbbell Deadlift to make my grip and both sides of my body stronger because one was like 7kg weaker. I do them just like the Barbell Deadlift so the Dumbbell is in front of me.
Now my question is if i work it up to 75kg each hand for 3 reps do you...
