I stuck to the three days a week but on the days off I throw biceps, tricep, cardio and sit-ups. On week one bench is on mon and Friday and week two it's on wed but both weeks you do squats three times just curious why bench isn't the same
I have been doing this program for a month and I'm seeing ok gains but I feel like I'm not working my chest enough. So why is it ok to do squats 3 days a week every week but not chest?
I have been doing this routine for a couple of months now. What else should I add to my bench?
