    Well, depending on your intensity, it might not be enough. I'd personally opt for more squats and SLDLs than leg curls or extensions. Also, where's the calf work?

    Cut when you feel like you have too much fat on you. Cut down to when you feel like you look good enough, or people say "my god you're too thin". I assume you've been training less than a year, so, you need to concentrate on getting big. If you bulk cleanly you might be able to get to 170...

    Post your stats. You're eating 3 times a day basically. And not very much at that. It looks like maybe 1200 calories. That is way too low unless you weighed about 120 lbs (around 55 kgs). Read the rest of the board for how much you should be taking in, there are a lot of tips around here...

    I thought 70 grams of dextrose was clinically proven to provide enough of an insulin spike to shuttle the creatine effectively. Thats why there's so much. I dunno, I read that somewhere on these boards. So take it for what it's worth.

    I do a chest/tri back/bi routine as well. Like you said, the smaller muscles are hit when you do the larger movements. This is exactly why I like that split, as opposed to an opposing muscle split (chest/bi back/tri).

    If you're basing getting a product to mix with your creatine on the fact that it contains dextrose, why not just get dextrose and be done with it. Its far cheaper and you know what you're getting. If you want some flavor, get some sugar free kool-aid. Good stuff.
