i have a mountain bike i could ride around, but it never seems like work? i could ride for hours on end and my ass would be the only thing that gets sore. maybe if i need to go lower intensity, i will jog to the gym and walk on the treadmill with 15% incline. that seems to work pretty well.

alright, so you think half an hour twice a day, 5 times a week would be too much? can the problems with catabolism be minimized by simply upping protein intake? or is it more involved than that?
you could try putting a small portion on one nut and see if that hurts. if so, only half as much pain as putting it on both nuts. now if thats not logic, i dunno what is.
i want to get as cut as possible in a little amount of time. What i am wondering is:
would 30 mins of running at night, and another 30 mins in the morning 5 days a week be too much? what about an hour each time? whats too much? and what are some of the disadvantages too it?
thanks

im behind a T1, and i didnt have to wait for the pages to load, until all the damn pop ups came around. those, where ever the fock they are coming from are slow ass!
