I hit the cardio real hard with football at my college but end up eating everything in sight because I get so hungry (not junk but a lot of decent foods). Any advice l??? A calorie deficit feels like death no energy for class or workouts or practice.
I've been working out for five years, two years really consistent. No previous cycles and about 17-20% body fat. I have seen gain and strength but want to get rid of a spec of fat around lower chest that is so stubborn.
Fellas thinking of starting first cycle with anavar and albuterol to cut and gain some strength as well. Any thoughts on this stack currently around 6'3 252 . Would this be a bad mix ? Thanks
