    work on dumbell power cleans or hang cleans, that get's the dumbells into starting position and then you just lean back into the incline bench position

    don't alternate it, do it all in the same workout do deadlifts and rows do benchpress, CG bench/incline bench, and dips you need to do more than 2 exercises in your workouts

    Consistency is also key in the beginning, set the routine of going to the gym when you plan. Initially, I set 2 days a week that I had to work out and I kept to it, sometimes I threw in an extra 3rd workout. Now I am consistently working out 3 days a week and will eventually move up to 4 days...

    I drink a Carnation Instant Breakfast (no sugar added) about 30 minutes before my workout so I have some fuel since I workout an hour after I wake up. I make my protien concoction(sp?) afterwards consisting of some variety of skim milk, yogurt, peanut butter, egg, fruit, oats and who knows what...
