He said six months but he says he will keep it at his office so I can't save it to double up. I've thought about going to another doctor and just running a double treatment all along the way but my doc said he was going to monitor my blood so I don't know.
When I was in the gym 2-3 hrs a day 3 times a week some of the roid heads were saying I was overtraining at this point I have no idea how much is too much or too little. Can you point me at a good workout plan?

I was hoping that folks that have experience could tell me what 200mg would equal in pounds of mass. This is my first cycle. It seems that folks have been saying 500mg/week - 400/week minimum.
Ya he said there's such a wide range of "normal" test levels in men that an individual can be in the normal range and still feel like he doesn't have the snap in the gym that the patient knows his body the best. And yes my insurance is covering everything except the copay.

OK since I couldn't find a source of anabolic steroids no matter how many questions I asked or how long I waited - I went to my doctor. He was totallly cool and has started me on a weekly shot of Depo Testosterone 200mg/1cc peanut oil based. Will I make any gains? I'm 207 lbs.

Two days/week lifting: Five stations; 5-7 sets; 5-25 reps
Goals: Gain 10 to 12 lbs. of lean cut mass.
I've read so many articles with scarey sh*t on needles - but folks seem to be saying used properly they're easier on your body.
