Just wondering if Ginger should be cycled at all?
I have been using this ginger for like 3 months now about 2-3 500mg caps per day before a meal.... mostly for digestion....But was wondering if I should now take a month or so off from taking them since my body may be getting used to it?

I also heard to try to roll the bar back 1-2 inches, but now im gonna try it without. One question: what would be the best placement for the elbows while doing this press? I heard 45 deg. out, and some say more facing forward making it more of a true tricep press??
Thanks all, but i dont think any brand would have the oils heated and cause trans fats!!!! So i guess its just an issue of the "cheaper" soybean vs. better canola oils, etc., right? just as long as none are hydrogenated, then they should be ok ...

Quick question...in the past i have always stayed away from these since I knew they had lots of fat. But now im thinking aren't these actually mostly mono's and good fats? At least mostly the salad dressings are right?
Ok im starting to eat some more eggs and was wondering if it is worth it to get these grain fed eggs? They say they have a little less cholesterol and seem to have more O-3's.
I usually mix around 4 whites to 1 whole, and now with the whole being the grain fed ones... Are these worth the diff...
ok, i heard about wearing warm-up (Nike-type) of pants while squating to keep your muscles warm and from getting cooled off!! However i always just wear shorts while working out.
I just read an article on Dr. Squats page where he recommends to wear cloths that will "keep your muscles warm"...

yea, i did already but cubanito is like 50 miles away and i think BY is prolly more since he is North from Cubanito, and i think Cytomel is also in broward and im over 50 miles from there? But one day when i have time im gonna try to arrange to workout with them and take a drive up north :fro:

Actually its F.I.U. in Miami.....The power rack is in the corner almost out of view from the staff, so i might be able to ...... do u think the chains are that much better than the pins? I have some, so i might get them ready for next week if i decide to try them ...

humm... i personally thought it was the opposite....I thought it was HIGH Blood pressure from the heavy squat that caused it!
I though when you lifted real heavy, that this would increase your BP really high and since your not used to it, you get dizzy/lightheaded? Thats what I heard...
