Someone asked about recent results for 165...
A guy that I've gotten some tips from won the 165lbs class at the GA State Competition last year. He benched 265, squatted 415 (might have been 430), and pulled 505.

You can check www.USPF.com and it has a listing of all World Records for that particular federation. I don't remember it having raw maxes; but the USPF only allows single-ply cotumes.
Am I on everyone's shit list for some reason? I know my workout isn't so perfect as to not illicit any comments at all. Come on guys, I'd really appreciate some advice.
OOPS! Forgot to mention I'll be doing ab Work on Mondays and Fridays and Lower Back Work on Wednesdays and Fridays. (reverse hypers, stability ball work, etc.)
