    uh what? so how did they get the way they did again? Electrical stimulus? Plyometrics? Bowflex? It's not like they can simply take AS and grow w/o weight training, you know. oh wait... you said LIGHT weights... time for me to have my eyes checked

    CKD's

    you can see results in one week... do it right and you'll lose 1-2 lbs of fat per week. It's pretty much not safe to want to lose more than that per week w/o cutting into that precious muscle we've all worked so hard to gain.

    How long to get into Ketosis

    try alpha lipoic acid... and make sure you're hitting the weights hard while trying to get into ketosis... get rid of all that glycogen you have stored up.

    try switching your brand of pb and go for some natty pb. the 20g carbs you're getting in one sitting is not good for trying to get into ketosis. FWIW, I personally get kicked out of ketosis with 10g carbs in one meal.
