    Thanks! Should be sometime soon. Trainer said when I hit 120 on the bench, he'll find me a competition. I'm THISCLOSE....the body has the strength, now if my brain would just decide to cooperate... We did lightened method bench last week...I hit 170. Kinda freaked myself out, haha!

    Pin press...2" off, pushed 120 tonight. Close grip bench, 100 x 3 twice. Next week should be interesting! New bench max?? Last Monday, 2 sets of chin ups 7 reps (damn I want 10 SO bad!!), 6 on the 3rd.

    FINALLY! 1 rep max Flat Bench - 105 (took me long enough LOL) 1 rep max decline bench - 115 1 rep max lightened method bench - 165 (this kind of freaked me out...but it was certainly fun!) me: 5'5", 112 lbs, BF 11.8% Onward & upward! Love this forum!
