    Hell YES! but I would advise medium intensity cardio, nothing high-impact. Just slowly work your way up to a sweat, WHILE drinking gallons and gallons of isotonic beverages. Toxins out, fluids in. hang, over!

    Chains and Bands

    Are they usefull for bodybuildingpurposes also ? I was thinking of doing for instance heavy dumbell flyes with chains attached. Once you get past the 2/3 of the movement, you tend to lose a lot contraction in the top-position with flyes, it would be nice if you could keep more tension there.
