    squat first (warms up body), press next (upper body, allows legs to rest), then dead (back to lower body/posterior chain). this way you get "rest" between squats and deads, per starting strength...

    i work in intellectual property. there's a lot of complications involved, but your best bet is to go to uspto.gov and check out all they have to offer as far as information. at some point you're going to want a lawyer, but we have lots of clients that do a lot themselves to save money...

    training seriously for a month now, sitting at 168 @ 6', 290 lbs. for 4 reps. would be higher but grip fails. might try alternating grips next time...

    you've got a lot of life to live. take your time with the squats to avoid knee injury. sounds like if you keep pushing you'll end up hurting yourself, but whatever floats your boat. i'd probably do the same thing...
